In accordance with the President's directives to focus on capacity building and qualifying national competencies and employees in the state's administrative apparatus, Counselor Omar Marwan, Director of the Office of the President of the Republic, and Minister Amr Adel, Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, witnessed the signing ceremony of a cooperation protocol between the National Training Academy and the National Anti-Corruption Academy. During the meeting, it was emphasized that strategic partnerships between national institutions represent one of the main pillars to support the comprehensive development process in a manner that contributes to achieving the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness and promotes the state's ability to prepare qualified national cadres with the necessary knowledge and skills.

The protocol was signed by Dr. Sulafa Jouili, Executive Director of the National Training Academy, and First Undersecretary Hisham Al-Rakaibi, Director of the National Anti-Corruption Academy. This protocol seeks cooperation to prepare and qualify national cadres and promote the principles of governance by maximizing the use of the training and technical potentials and accumulated experiences of both sides to develop integrated training packages for candidates for leadership positions in the country, and to develop the capabilities of promising competencies in the administrative apparatus. This is coupled with specialized programs targeting Arab and African cadres in accordance with the latest scientific standards, in addition to postgraduate programs in partnership with several universities and international institutions.
