In pursuit of national efforts aimed at consolidating the principles of governance and administrative reform, employing digital transformation technologies to improve the quality of services provided to citizens, and become cognizant of the latest international practices, ACA, in cooperation with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and with the support of the European Union (EU), organized a workshop on supporting public and economic governance efforts in Egypt. The workshop was held from June 1 to 3, 2026, at the ACA's headquarters in the New Capital, with the participation of representatives from law enforcement agencies, relevant national agencies, and international experts.
The event included discussions on ways to enhance frameworks for joint cooperation and the exchange of international expertise with OECD member states in the areas of public institution governance and administrative reform, considering the rapid technological advancements worldwide. The workshop also addressed developing the capacity of these institutions to respond to challenges, improve performance, and update its measurement and evaluation mechanisms according to the latest international standards and advanced methodologies. This supports the decision-making system and sustainable development. In addition, the workshop reviewed Egypt’s efforts in this regard to achieve Egypt's Vision 2030.
