The Administrative Control Authority received a delegation from A.P. Moller -Maersk that comprised (11) senior officials from several branches worldwide. The visit was consequent to the positive outcomes of the Egyptian- Danish Economic Conference. During the visit, the functions and terms of reference of the ACA were reviewed, as well as its role in corruption prevention and combating; the training activities of the National Anti-Corruption Academy; and the establishment and development of Egypt’s information infrastructure.

ACA’s role in provision of reliable information to decision makers with a view to reaching more effective decisions was emphasized. The Authority’s role has developed in terms of investment support and surmounting the hurdles that investors face. The attendees expressed their appreciation of the efforts made in all fields through availing accurate data and information to support decision-making and create a conducive environment for investment.
