As part of Egypt’s efforts to develop national competencies and promote their capacity in line with institutional development and administrative reform plans, the Administrative Control Authority (ACA) organized the 10th Leadership Development Program for distinguished figures. Held at ACA headquarters in the New Capital over five days, the program included the participation of 26 executive leaders from various public and private sectors, as well as international companies and institutions.

The program was implemented with the participation of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population; Lieutenant General Kamel El-Wazir, Minister of Transport, Mr. Ahmed Koujok, Minister of Finance, Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, Minister Amr Adel, Chairman of ACA and several ACA leaders and the state's administrative agencies. They reviewed Egypt’s efforts in various fields, most notably national projects and their role in achieving sustainable development, digital transformation and information infrastructure projects. This is in addition to ACA’s role in preventing and combating corruption and the development of the healthcare system as well as Egypt's future as a hub for investment, manufacturing, services, fiscal and monetary policy. They also reviewed the governance of subsidies, ensuring their delivery to those entitled as well as Egypt’s foreign policy amid the current regional conditions.

This program contributes to providing a knowledge platform to exchange insights and ideas, secure integration of experience, and enhancing the necessary skills to improve performance efficiency and support modernization efforts and sustainable development plans, in line with the national priorities and Egypt's Vision 2030.
