In accordance with the State’s strategy that aims to enhance the capabilities of outstanding cadres, thereby supporting the principles of governance and administrative reform, the Administrative Control Authority concluded the activities of the ninth program on promotion of the leadership capabilities of distinct cadres. The five-day program was held at the ACA headquarters in the New Administrative Capital with the participation of 24 executive leaders from various government and private sectors, companies and international institutions. The program provided an interactive dialogue environment, enabling participants to learn about leading national experiences in various fields, and exchange insights and ideas on the best mechanisms to develop institutional performance in line with the national priorities and Egypt's Vision 2030.

The program was implemented through the support of Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development Affairs and Minister of Health and Population, Lieutenant General Kamel El-Wazeer, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Transport and Industry, Dr. Hany Sweilem, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, Mr. Ahmed Kojak, Minister of Finance, and Eng. Hassan El-Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade as well as some of the ACA's leading cadres and the State's administrative apparatus. They all reviewed the State's efforts in various fields, most notably the national projects and their role in achieving sustainable development, digital transformation and information infrastructure projects, the ACA’s role in preventing and combating corruption, developing the health services system, Egypt's future as a hub for investment, manufacturing and services, financial and monetary policy, development of a water security plan, and Egypt’s foreign policy in light of the current regional conditions.

This program is one of the paths ACA targets to promote the capabilities of human cadres, as investment in human capital is the fundamental pillar of comprehensive and sustainable development.
