As part of the Administrative Control Authority’s mandate to raise awareness about the risks of corruption, combat it, and promote values of integrity and transparency, the National Anti-Corruption Academy released the third issue of its Journal of Governance, Preventing and Combating Corruption (JGPCC).

The third issue encompasses several research papers addressing the assessment of anti–money laundering mechanisms at the national and international levels; the impact of institutional quality on improving monetary policy performance and its ability to curb inflation; digital transformation as an effective tool for enhancing the efficiency of the judicial system and expediting litigation procedures; and the effectiveness of the financial disclosure system for public officials in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

JGPCC is a peer-reviewed biannual journal published by the National Anti- Corruption Academy, covering topics related to governance, corruption prevention, and relevant interdisciplinary sciences. The journal is prepared by the Academy’s Center for Research and Studies on Prevention and Combating of Corruption.
