The Administrative Control Authority (ACA) celebrated the implementation of the 8th five-day program for promotion of the leadership capacities of the distinguished leading cadres, held at the headquarters of the Authority in the new administrative capital. This move reflects the State's efforts to build leadership cadres from the governmental and private sector, companies, international institutions and civil society organizations capable of advancing the development process.

The program was set up within the framework of the State's strategy to enhance administrative efficiency and entrench the values of integrity. It included definition of the role of the Authority in the field of governance, administrative reform and anti-corruption. It further provided review and discussion of the State's efforts in various areas, notably the digital transformation and the information infrastructure projects; development of Egypt's health services system; Egypt's future as a hub for investment and services; the fiscal and monetary policy; the national plan to maintain water security; as well as the risks and challenges facing Egypt.

Dr. Khaled Abdel Gaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development Affairs, Minister of Health and Population; Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology; Dr. Hani Sewilam, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation; Mr. Ahmed Kouchouk, Minister of Finance; Engineer Hassan El Khatib, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, and some leaders from the Authority and the administrative apparatus, all took part in the implementation of the Program.
