The Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (COSP9) held in Sharm El-Sheikh and chaired by Minister Hassan Abdel Shafi, Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, has adopted the report of the ninth session. The Conference has further adopted 8 decisions pertaining to the endorsement  of Sharm El-Sheikh Declaration submitted by the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Declaration seeks to consolidate international cooperation to combat corruption in dire times; address ongoing issues; and recover from crises. Additionally, 2 procedural decisions have been made, including the agreement on the host country for the tenth session of the Conference.
